Hi, my name is Rachel Allonby! When I was younger I always wanted to be outside, even if it was raining I wanted to go out and play, run and just engage in activity. When I was 8 years old I fell in love with the sport of cheerleading. I continued my athletic life style with cheerleading through my college years.
However, no matter what age I was always the “heavier” cheerleader. I began to think I was prone to this body type until I began to research the fitness industry.
With this being said I decided to major in Exercise Science and began to learn everything I could about the human body, the movement, physiology and nutritional values. I graduated in December 2015 with a B.S in Exercise Science and have not looked back since.
There is a fire inside of me looking to help those who do not understand the fitness industry and are lost when it comes to their own health. I still continue to expand my education not only to better myself, but to help better my clients.
As, many people may know Cheerleaders are more prone to eating disorders due to the body stereotypes placed upon them. From my own encounter with these health disorders I pride myself on helping young girls and boys learn the proper way to take care of their body that way they never have to take these extreme measures. I have been a youth cheerleadng coach since I was 14 years old and I always instill a healthy lifestyle to my athletes.
I put my heart and soul into my work and I love giving back to the community. I look forward to working with others and motivating them to a better lifestyle.
