Why do you enjoy being a personal trainer?
I really enjoy the journey. I like to see people work hard to accomplish their goals. It truly inspires me to see others succeed. I also love the relationships that I’ve built through personal training because they have become lasting friendships.
What is your Favorite vacation spot?
I would have to say the San Juan Islands. I fell in love with Friday Harbor and the locals. It’s just so beautiful, I could live there.
What is the most important thing to you?
The most important thing to me is my faith. My relationship with Christ has changed my life tremendously. I really wouldn’t be the person I am today if I didn’t have my faith.
What inspires you?
It sounds selfish but me. I have come a long way on this journey and looking back I see how strong I really am. It’s truly motivating and I think others should see that in themselves as well.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment was definitely having my daughter naturally. I know it’s not fitness related but giving birth is no joke and that took some serious mental, physical, and emotional strength that I never knew I had.
