Hi everyone! My name is Katie and I am from Ireland. I moved to the beautiful Houston Texas in June 2016.
In my free time, I like to spend it with my friends and family. I do a variety of workouts from strength based sessions, endurance running to CrossFit and F45 classes. It is important to keep changing your routines so your body will quickly adapt.
I love surrounding myself with people from all walks of life. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete I am willing to share my experiences and knowledge of exercises and nutrition to help you improve your lifestyle. My goal is to create a program which will push you to achieve your goals and make each session as enjoyable as the next. Also, giving each client the attention they deserve is vital regardless of where you are on your fitness journey!
