I am an enthusiastic personal trainer who strives to inspire others to discover how fun and rewarding fitness can be! I take a light-hearted approach to life and incorporate that into my workout programs as well. The key to sticking to a routine is having fun.

Why do you enjoy being a personal trainer?
I enjoy training because of the way it makes me feel. The process, rather than the results, helped me to overcome a negative body image. No matter how I feel before a workout, I always feel better after.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
I was blessed to grow up in Europe and have traveled quite a bit. My favorite place that I have ever been to is Israel. The country is beautiful, food is incredible and the history is so rich.
What drives you to be the best at what you do?
I want other people to feel the way that fitness makes me feel. Working out tends to be looked at as a chore and I want to change that.
What inspires you?
Other people's accomplishments used to inspire me but now I inspire myself! Both my failures and my achievements inspire me to do better every day. Self-inspiration is essential for long-term commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
If you could do anything, bucket list number one, what would that be?
I would move to Israel or New Zealand for a few years. I have always wanted to live in a foreign country to really absorb the culture.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
In the gym, my first pull-up was my greatest accomplishment. It was no easy task!
