I am Rebecca, Becca, or Remi. I love to explore nature, work out, and read books on my free time. I am a giver of positive energy and love to provide unconditional encouragement and motivation to others!
I earned Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am more than halfway through my master’s degree in Sport-Exercise Psychology. I possess great knowledge in effective psychological skills that can enhance your self-confidence, mental resilience, composure, focus, and goal-setting skills in order to significantly improve your sport performance.
I can also help you overcome any kind of performance slump, cope with stress or anxiety, and recover from injury through the use of mind-body healing techniques. I have great passion and knowledge in mental techniques that have been proven effective to help you overcome any obstacles (sport or non-sport related), or to simply enhance the mental skills you already embody.
An athlete’s psychological skills are just as important as physical skills, and are correlated to your success and well-being. With the services I provide, I can increase your likeliness of success and fulfillment in all aspects of your life.

Why do you enjoy training (personal and/or performance)?
Helping others achieve their goals brings me fulfillment. It is a true passion of mine to help others reach their idea of success.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
The middle of the ocean on a cruise.
What is the most important thing to you?
What is your favorite sport and why?
Volleyball. I played this sport for 10+ years and it taught me a lot about self-discipline, dedication, strength, and motivation.
What drives you to be the best at what you do?
My passion and my purpose in life, which is to help others be the best version of themselves.
What inspires you?
Witnessing miracles or seeing people achieve the “impossible”.
