Why Do You Enjoy Personal Training?
Training is so important to me because it gives you an outlet to push yourself mentally and physically. It empowers you. After every training session whether you wanted to go that day or if your day was awful you always leave a workout feeling encouraged.
What Is Your Favorite Vacation Spot?
By far the Oregon Coast!! Love hiking around, biking on the beach, and walking to all the shops.
What Is Your Favorite Movie And Why?
I do not necessarily have a favorite movie however, I love Horror movies!
What Is The Most Important Thing To You?
Being able to have freedom to pursue my passions also my family.
What Is Your Favorite Sport And Why?
Hands down soccer! Such a wonderful quick paced sport where you can show off many talents.

Being able to look back on my life with no regrets knowing that I've tried my hardest at whatever I pursue.

Motivated individuals! There's something about someone's inner passion that inspires me.
If You Could Do Anything, Bucket List Number One, What Would That Be?
Gosh, how can I pick just one? Lists are the best. I think right now my #1 is to see the Northern Lights.

It's just a natural part of me.
What Do You Consider Your Greatest Accomplishment?
This is a tough one, there are mini accomplishments that I'm proud of. Graduating College, playing collegiate soccer, finishing a 70.3 Ironman, and stepping on stage bodybuilding.
