Hi, I'm Eric and I have been in the fitness industry for 10 plus years.
I earned my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and hold a Masters of Sports Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
During my tenure there, I was an employee at the campus Recreational Facility working as a Fitness Attendant and Personal Trainer. I also have experience as an athlete playing football at the collegiate and semi-professional levels.
My passion for sports and fitness drives me to want to help those who are inspired to set and achieve goals. No matter the fitness level an individual starts at, I am ready to develop and work with you to reach your fitness potential.
In my free time I enjoy watching all sports, weightlifting, and spending time with family and friends.
Hello, my name is Nakita Zano. I am a native of Houston, Texas however, I am currently located in Austin, Texas. I have a background in Athletic Training, which is a focus on the care and prevention of athletic injuries, as well as strength and conditioning.
I developed a passion for health and fitness through my own personal experience as a student athlete for several years. From there, I knew my passion for sport and endurance activities combined with my educational history would allow me to thrive in a one on one environment with clients and/or teams.
My experience and knowledge in specific areas such as gait mechanics, weight lifting, Olympic lifting, speed and agility progression have all allowed me to reach a variety of individuals in achieving their personal aspirations.
I truly enjoy sharing my gift with others wanting to live the healthiest way possible.
I look forward to working with you!

I love sports in general and love fitness and health. I believe that mental health in sports in very important for multiple reasons!
I will keep things fun but we will work hard and get better every session! I am excited to get to know you all and to improve your youth sport experience and get you ready for the next level!
Hello my name is Cat! At a young age my mother started me in a variety of sports ranging from dance to martial arts to basketball.
This introduced me to the love of an active lifestyle, a passion for life, and being an athlete.
As I continued to grow I went on to play collegiate soccer while earning a Bachelor’s from Eastern Washington University where I majored in Recreation Management.
After graduating, my love of fitness led me to pursue earning my Personal Training certificate through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). My most current passions are ½ Ironman’s, soccer, hiking, bodybuilding, and food prepping.
I love how personal trainers are able to motivate individuals to be the best versions of themselves they can be!
My philosophy is no regrets, and to have no regrets you must pursue your passions ... always!
