Our Sports Performance Trainers are educated in injury processes, healing and prevention and strictly uphold our mission to train in a safe and effective way, while increasing overall conditioning and performance in any sport. Traditional sports we specialize in are Football, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Softball, Volleyball, Track and Field and Swimming. However, we also train less traditional sports like Ballroom Dancing. All abilities from recreation, college and beyond can benefit from a specific sports performance based strength and conditioning program.

1 person - $50 per 1 hour session 2 people - sharing $70 per 1 hour session ($35/person) 3-4 people - sharing $25/person per 1 hour session 5 people - and above (Team Rate*) $15/session Drop in rate for team sessions $20/session (for players who want to join a team training session)
*Team rates are billed at the first of each month for one of the following options. Training once a week ($60/month per player 4 sessions total) Training twice a week ($120/month per player 8 sessions total) Applicable sales tax will added to price based on training location.
