For u Fitness blog
My name is Ali Mosier and I am originally from California, but currently I am living in the Austin area. My favorite form of physical activity besides softball, is hiking. I love being outdoors and seeing the amazing scenery the world has to offer.
I have my degree in exercise science pre-physical therapy with a minor in health psychology. I attended Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis where I played 4 years of division 1 collegiate softball. I have been around sports my entire life. I played basketball growing up until I graduated high school and have background in other youth sports.
I love sports in general and love fitness and health. I believe that mental health in sports in very important for multiple reasons!
I will keep things fun but we will work hard and get better every session! I am excited to get to know you all and to improve your youth sport experience and get you ready for the next level!
