All of our trainers are certified and/or have a four year college degree in Exercise Science. Our trainers are experts at designing and implementing fitness programs to meet your specific needs.

I became interested in personal training while working towards passing the Seattle Firefighter’s exam. After passing the physical exam, I decided that firefighting was not the best career for me, but it did spark my interest in the field of fitness and training. I have been involved with the fitness industry ever since, for over 7 years.
I became an NCSF certified personal trainer in March of 2009 so that I could share my knowledge of sports and strength training with others and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Since my certification, I have worked as a Trainer with the Seattle YMCA and have been able to work with a wide-spectrum of clients.
I am also an amateur boxer and Ultimate Frisbee coach for high school and middle school teams. When I am not training or coaching, I can be found road racing with my cycling team, chasing a Frisbee with my Ultimate team, or enjoying the quiet of a long backpack trip.
Hello my name is Corey Blue and I am here to train you! I have the honor of currently being the only trainer in the Portland/Vancouver area!
I have been working out for a good 10 years now and recently I have acquired my personal training certificate through the ISSA. I also have my CPR/AED certification.
I have done mostly weight lifting in my time but for about a year now I have been getting into Crossfit and implementing that in my workouts.
I look forward to starting this career and helping to change people's lives!
Hello, my name is Arica. Growing up I was an active child that participated in as many sports as my parents would allow. After my completion of high school I realized soccer was my true passion. I started my soccer career at Tacoma Community College where I also received my AA degree.
Continuing my education, I was accepted into the University of Washington but had many troubles on choosing a major. Still having the desire to play soccer at a competitive level, I transferred to Central Washington University where I completed a Bachelors degree in Recreational Management.
I went onto the next level of soccer when I became a part of the Seattle Women Sounders. I know what it takes to be at the top level and how to get there starting from the very bottom. I decided to carry on my education by enrolling in Pierce Community College Personal Training Program to gain more assets in becoming a personal trainer. Through their program I was able to become an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer.
Hi, I'm Sabrina, certified personal trainer and certified running coach.
My passion is running, though it did change my life. I was a smoker for 10 years, and after I quit I decided to try running to attempt to fix the damage I had done. I could run ONE block. Then two. And so on. Awhile later I had a friend challenge me to run a half marathon. And I did. Once you start running and pass a point, and get what is called the 'runner's high', you never go back. That's when you are a runner.
I love sharing this gift with others, how to become a runner, ways to cross train and add all the other healthy fun stuff to keep you where you wanna be! And did you know, running is one of the top ways to lose weigh?! I am looking forward to helping many enjoy a healthy lifestyle through running and workouts that will keep you challenged and wanting to go further. Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't.

My journey in the fitness world, started as a save the earth kick. Early in my college education, I studied environmental science and renewable energy. However, during my sophomore year, I saw a troubling statistic about the top killers in the United States. Many were completely avoidable with good diet and a healthy lifestyle. At that point, my priorities changed. I changed my major because I realized I could do more to improve the world by helping improve the quality and length of life of those I come in contact with. I have been a personal trainer for over two years now, and I have loved every second of it. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness, where I focused on obesity and weight management. I have my Personal Training and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I specialize in weight loss and functional movement because I getting fit should be a natural, enjoyable part of life rather than a chore. I am grateful for the opportunity I have had to help so many people on their fitness journey. My goal is to help you reach your individual goals and enjoy life.
I grew up in the North West and I love exploring the great outdoors with my family. We enjoy going camping, go on hikes, or simply take long scenic drives. I recently become a proud new mommy to a beautiful baby girl in November of 2014. Having her has brought me so much joy. I am truly blessed to be a mom. I received my degree in Fitness in 2008 and certification through The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Since becoming a new mom, I have a better understanding that it takes time and persistence to achieve healthy results. Results takes baby steps with will power. I enjoy motivating people to reach their greatest potential and encourage to achieve their best and healthiest version of themselves. Physical activity along with healthy nutrition is a large part to achieving overall wellness. Our bodies are designed and created to move therefore we need to be wise as what nutrients we put into them. Love your body and strive for greatness. It is not going to always be easy therefore I am here to help.

Hello! I am a recent Eastern Washington University graduate, where I received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on physical therapy. My inspiration for personal training has evolved over my years of college. In high school I was very active in sports, but never took exercise seriously. I began my freshman year of college with absolutely no knowledge of exercising or lifting weights. I found myself just going directly to the cardio floor of my college gym because I was afraid of what people would think of me. I began going to the gym daily later on that year, and fell in love with exercising.I even began to lift weights, incorporating resistance training into my daily workouts. Once I began to see a difference in my personality and my body I fell in love with improving my health and fitness level. During my sophomore year, while struggling to find a major, my mom told me to write down the things that I loved doing. As I was writing this list I found myself enjoying everything about health, exercise, and helping/watching other people achieve their goals. This is one of the reasons I decided to go into this field and begin my journey to become a personal trainer and in the future become a physical therapist. One of my main goals for my clients is to have them experience a lifestyle change and accomplish their fitness goals. I'm here to build a program specifically tailored to each client and teach them ways to enjoy exercising, in order to increase the chance they will stick to the program. I enjoy all types of training whether it is circuit training, classic bodybuilding styles, fat loss programs, functional movement training, or whatever style that will work best for you and your goals!
I was born and raised in Tampa, Fl and relocated recently to the Portland, Oregon area.
My passion has always been centralized around fitness and physical activity. I grew up as an acrobat and dancer. I have been involved with teaching and directing dance classes, teams, and private individuals over the past ten years. While I was finishing my Bachelor’s degree, I moved to NYC where my fitness passion sparked. When I moved back to Florida, I started training others on a more fitness and conditioning level as I continued specializing in dance training.
I very much enjoy working with others to help them exceed each one of their goals and expectations. Helping them create a strong mind-body connection is crucial. I believe that anyone can improve their fitness level.
My workouts are geared to complement your lifestyle by making the quality of your life better and more enjoyable. I like to challenge my clients to keep them focused, but also motivate them by creating functional, rewarding, and fun workouts! I’ve worked with a diverse group of clients and individuals. I love being creative and coming up with unique routines that are specific to each client. My devotion to my clients and their fitness goals allow me to forever grow as an individual and trainer.

Fitness is a key segment of our lives - you too can feel the benefits of a healthier way of life! Join me on this journey!
Many people have this preconceived notion that Fitness Trainers have been fit all their lives, but in reality, this is not always the case. Many of us have a story (stories) that have brought us to where we are in our life & career.
Most of my life I had been active, including being in the Army National Guard & Army Reserves. Life took its toll when I became a stay at home mom in 2002, and hit hard late spring of 2002 due to health issues, then pregnancy. By my 7th month I topped the scales almost 300lbs and quit looking. After, my son was born, I stayed at 230-226 despite my own efforts. I decided enough was enough. I joined an all-women’s gym and started working with a Trainer. Halfway through, it inspired me and made me realize this was what I wanted to do, help others fighting the same battle.
October of 2004, I was certified with NSCA and started my fitness career. A year later (Nov 2005), life took me on a 10.5 year journey of living overseas in Bangkok, Thailand and off & on in Jakarta Indonesia where I continued to do Training. Unfortunately, life gave me another blow in a motorcycle accident and I thought that what I loved doing and sharing was over. Instead of giving up, with motivation from a wonderful mentor, I re-certified under ACE not only as a Trainer but as a Health Coach. This life event proved to me that we can overcome a lot more than we think, and set another goal for me; to become an Orthopedic Trainer, which I am currently working towards. I am an “open book” about my fitness journey, weight loss and my road to recovery after my accident.
Training is not only my career, but it a passion for me. I love helping my clients on their journey to a better lifestyle. Nothing more can be rewarding than giving a person back self-esteem, better overall health, and joy when they achieve something they did not think was reachable.
Never say Never.
I live by a Motto: 3 D’s to success: Desire, Determination & Dedication.
I began my fitness journey back in 1998 after meeting with a personal trainer and discovering that I had gotten considerably out of shape and was actually told I was obese. After getting back on track by working out and making a healthy lifestyle change, I found a passion in the fitness industry.
I decided that I wanted to help others become healthier, more active individuals. I got my ACE personal training certification in 1999 and have never looked back. I worked in several fitness clubs before branching out on my own to open Angela’s Fitness in Highland Park, IL in 2002. I facilitated the day to day business operations while also doing individual and group training under Angela’s Fitness for 11+ years.
The success of my business allowed the opportunity for me to expand to several larger locations over the years and I am happy to say that nearly all of my clients that were with me my first year, were with me on my last day. During this time I managed up to 8 trainers, and had several massage therapists and other fitness instructors as an integral parts of my studio.
Throughout the course of my career I became a competitive triathlete and regularly finished in the top 5 percent of my age group. I finished in the top three in my age group multiple times, including one race where I finished as the top overall female. I competed in a half Ironman and one day hope to tackle a full Ironman. I have used my knowledge and experience to help several of my clients compete in their first triathlons, as well as helping my clients attain and sustain their fitness goals. I have worked with a diverse cliental base ranging from 10 years old all the way up until 99 years old. I’ve worked with athletes, children, pregnant women as well as the average person just wanting to live a healthier lifestyle.
I moved to The Woodlands, Texas in July of 2013 as a result of my husband’s job. I decided to take a little time off to be a full time mom to my two children, Austin (10) and Rachael (8). I truly loved being a stay at home mom and spending some quality time with my kids. However, I have always had a passion and desire to help others attain their health and fitness goals, and I realized I missed working with people in that arena. I decided that it was time for me to get back to doing what I love, while still having quality time with my family.

I have been working in the health care field for over 10 years. In high school I was a lifeguard and worked as a student athletic trainer for various sports teams. I first became a personal trainer in college in 2011 through ACE (American Council on Exercise).
In 2012 I graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and continued to work as a private personal trainer. I interned and worked under both Physical Therapists and Athletic trainers throughout my college years and after.
I have a passion for helping people attain their fitness goals and truly enjoy watching them become healthier and happier in their daily lives.
Hello my name is Cat! At a young age my mother started me in a variety of sports ranging from dance to martial arts to basketball.
This introduced me to the love of an active lifestyle, a passion for life, and being an athlete.
As I continued to grow I went on to play collegiate soccer while earning a Bachelor’s from Eastern Washington University where I majored in Recreation Management.
After graduating, my love of fitness led me to pursue earning my Personal Training certificate through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). My most current passions are ½ Ironman’s, soccer, hiking, bodybuilding, and food prepping.
I love how personal trainers are able to motivate individuals to be the best versions of themselves they can be!
My philosophy is no regrets, and to have no regrets you must pursue your passions ... always!
Growing up on a military base in Germany, I developed a love for travelling, history and nature. I have always been fascinated by medicine and anatomy but I didn't have any interest in fitness until I was 16.
I was intimidated by the gym so I did Pilates at home for about a year until I built up my confidence. During this time, I desired community and found support on Instagram.
I was so inspired by all the people I found there and loved inspiring other people as well. My experience on Instagram made me realize that I have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and that I wanted to be a bodybuilder!
I started going to the gym and lifting heavy. Within a few months, I gained enough muscle that I was no longer underweight for the first time since my childhood.
One day, an old friend of mine started asking me for fitness advice and something clicked in my head. It was then that I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer. The knowledge I've gained since being certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) has helped my personal fitness tremendously and I'm so excited to begin sharing it with others!
I am a 20-year veteran of the United States Army and spent another 15 years in the oil field. Through all that I have always been passionate about fitness. Now that I am no longer in that environment I have embarked on a new career doing what I love to do and that is working with people of all ages to achieve your fitness goals. I received a Personal Fitness Trainer from ISSA and have a Senior Fitness Specialty certificate from them as well.
I have always been active and played baseball in college on a scholarship. When that ended, I found myself with nothing to keep me motivated and I went down a few treacherous roads. I found out that it doesn’t take long to spiral out of control. I have been 50 lbs overweight twice and had health issues associated with my lifestyle. (I can show you the scars.) Instead of continuing down the path I was heading, I turned it around and become as passionate about fitness as I was about trying more hazardous means of self-satisfaction. Even at my “advanced age” I am finding I have plenty of room for improvement and willing to work to see results. Age is not an excuse for me and shouldn’t be for you!
My experience in training has shown me that I need to tailor the training to the individual. I will take the goals you have set for yourself and we’ve talked about and build a program around that. I have worked with beginners who just want to lose weight, lower cholesterol, or get off diabetes medication. I’ve also worked with seniors who are not willing to sit on the sidelines and let life go on around them. I will dedicate my efforts to ensure you have the proper training to improve your fitness level. Regardless of your age or physical fitness level, I am here to tell you that you are never too old or too out of shape to improve.
Hi my name is Cheyanne! I'm a recent graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I received my Bachelors in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science.
I'm a very outgoing, goofy person that enjoys having a good time. I love running and being outdoors. Staying active just runs in my blood and I also tend to have lots of energy.
My fitness journey began in middle school when I was told I was overweight. I moved to North Carolina with my dad who was a bit of a fitness freak at the time. After spending the summer running a mile a day and changing my eating habits drastically I returned to Texas unrecognizable to my family and friends.
The transformation was amazing and I felt great. Since I have strived to inspire others to experience the same feeling of success and accomplishment that I had. I'm ready when you are so let's get started!
