The For U Fitness Sports Performance Training Program is designed to meet the specific needs of each individual athlete or athletic team, we can help you reach the next level and gain the major competitive advantage you or your team have been striving for!
Our program offers a truly unique opportunity, having not only on-site training with a collegiate level or above athlete but includes the mentorship and support of a professional athlete. Our on-site trainers help you improve your overall performance and our professional athlete mentors will help you with your mental and physical game, giving tips and support every step of the way.
Our Sports Performance Trainers are educated in injury processes, healing and prevention and strictly uphold our mission to train in a safe and effective way, while increasing overall conditioning and performance in any sport. Traditional sports we specialize in are Football, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Softball, Volleyball, Track and Field and Swimming. However, we also train less traditional sports like Ballroom Dancing. All abilities from recreation, college and beyond can benefit from a specific sports performance based strength and conditioning program.

Single Client: $240 (+tax) Per Month
Two Clients: $360 (+tax) Per Month
Three to Six Clients: $150 (+tax) Per Client
Team Rate (More Than Six Clients): $100 (+tax) Per Client
Single Session/Single Client: $70 (+tax) Per Session
***Pricing is for 4 sessions per month with on-site trainer and pro athlete mentor.*** **Applicable sales tax will added to price based on training location.*** ***Additional sessions with pro athletes may be purchased when requested.***
