All of our trainers are certified and/or have a four year college degree in Exercise Science.  Our trainers are experts at designing and implementing fitness programs to meet your specific needs. 

Each trainer has a background training in Kinesiology (science of human movement), Exercise Physiology (study of the body’s responses and adaptations to exercise), Biomechanics, and Nutrition & Sports Psychology.

I became interested in personal training while working towards passing the Seattle Firefighter’s exam.  After passing the physical exam, I decided that firefighting was not the best career for me, but it did spark my interest in the field of fitness and training.  I have been involved with the fitness industry ever since, for over 7 years.

I became an NCSF certified personal trainer in March of 2009 so that I could share my knowledge of sports and strength training with others and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Since my certification, I have worked as a Trainer with the Seattle YMCA and have been able to work with a wide-spectrum of clients.

I am also an amateur boxer and Ultimate Frisbee coach for high school and middle school teams.  When I am not training or coaching, I can be found road racing with my cycling team, chasing a Frisbee with my Ultimate team, or enjoying the quiet of a long backpack trip.

Hello, my name is Arica.  Growing up I was an active child that participated in as many sports as my parents would allow.  After my completion of high school I realized soccer was my true passion.  I started my soccer career at Tacoma Community College where I also received my AA degree. 

Continuing my education, I was accepted into the University of Washington but had many troubles on choosing a major.  Still having the desire to play soccer at a competitive level, I transferred to Central Washington University where I completed a Bachelors degree in Recreational Management. 

I went onto the next level of soccer when I became a part of the Seattle Women Sounders.  I know what it takes to be at the top level and how to get there starting from the very bottom.  I decided to carry on my education by enrolling in Pierce Community College Personal Training Program to gain more assets in becoming a personal trainer.  Through their program I was able to become an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer.

Hi, I'm Sabrina, certified personal trainer and certified running coach. 

My passion is running, though it did change my life. I was a smoker for   10 years, and after I quit I decided to try running to attempt to fix the damage I had done. I could run ONE block.  Then two.  And so on.  Awhile later I had a friend challenge me to run a half marathon. And I did. Once you start running and pass a point, and get what is called the 'runner's high', you never go back.  That's when you are a runner.

I love sharing this gift with others, how to become a runner, ways to cross train and add all the other healthy fun stuff to keep you where you wanna be! And did you know, running is one of the top ways to lose weigh?! I am looking forward to helping many enjoy a healthy lifestyle through running and workouts that will keep you challenged and wanting to go further. Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't.

I have been working in the health care field for over 10 years. In high school I was a lifeguard and worked as a student athletic trainer for various sports teams. I first became a personal trainer in college in 2011 through ACE (American Council on Exercise).

In 2012 I graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and continued to work as a private personal trainer. I interned and worked under both Physical Therapists and Athletic trainers throughout my college years and after.


I have a passion for helping people attain their fitness goals and truly enjoy watching them become healthier and happier in their daily lives.

Hello my name is Cat! At a young age my mother started me in a variety of sports ranging from dance to martial arts to basketball.

This introduced me to the love of an active lifestyle, a passion for life, and being an athlete. 

As I continued to grow I went on to play collegiate soccer while earning a Bachelor’s from Eastern Washington University where I majored in Recreation Management.  

After graduating, my love of fitness led me to pursue earning my Personal Training certificate through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  My most current passions are ½ Ironman’s, soccer, hiking, bodybuilding, and food prepping.

I love how personal trainers are able to motivate individuals to be the best versions of themselves they can be!

Hi, my name is Sara, I'm excited to work with you and hear about your fitness goals! My passion for fitness started at a very young age. Growing up with an adventurous family kept us all active together while building memories by hiking, camping, exploring new cities and camp sites all around the beautifully vast PNW.  I started hiking solo as a young adult and that evolved into a passion for running local trails, to eventually a daily routine. Once my routine became too comfortable and my results became stagnant I knew I would have to step it up a notch but wasn't sure how to start that journey.

I entertained joining a gym, but didn't know which to choose from, and was very intimidated by gyms. So, I didn't follow through and tried boot camps, paddle boarding and swimming during my 6 year residence in Austin, Tx. My first ever gym membership was at 24 hour fitness over a decade ago and was a birthday gift which included sessions with a personal trainer. From there my interest grew into even more of a passion and then evolved into a lifestyle that I am still passionate about. 

I became a trainer to share my enthusiasm for health and fitness with others and to get them excited about obtaining their fitness goals by assisting them in creating a healthy lifestyle.

Let me start off by saying that I am pretty lazy even though I'm a single, working mom of 2 kids in school. I look for excuses not to work out so I thought it was time for a change. I found Sara back in the beginning of July and see her twice a week. I love how she makes it convenient for me by coming to my area and working out at the park next to my house. If the weather is bad, we can always workout in my garage or via Zoom on the computer. She keeps our workouts tailored to what I want to focus on. Sara makes a variety of workout plans and sometimes leaves it up to me what I want to focus on that day.  On my birthday, she made the workout more interesting by bringing workout dice which was a good time! I love this service!  Who knew that personal training could be so fun, done at your home, and with a trainer who makes the time fly by, is fun, reliable, and AMAZING!!  Now I know.  Since COVID, I am not going to the gym, and I thought this would be a temporary solution; however, I am already seeing such results AND, because someone is coming to you, you actually do it!  I used to do Orange Theory and cancel and I didn't care as it was $15 to cancel and worth it to sleep in, but when you know someone is coming, you don't cancel.  Plus, it's actually fun.  I look forward to my workouts with Sara.  Highly, highly recommend! - Violet

​Hi my name is Wendy, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. As a kid I was very
active and participated in every sport I could from gymnastics to golf, but basketball was
my absolute favorite. In high school I continued to play almost every sport offered at my
school and even went to State in power lifting. After graduating from Texas A&M
University, I eventually got into cycling which then turned into competing in triathlons.
During college, I would lift weights many times a week and often brought friends with
me who wanted to learn. After college, I continued bringing friends with me to the gym
to teach them the proper form for weight training. That got me interested in becoming a
personal trainer.
