The beautiful thing about yoga is that anyone can do it. Anyone of any size, age, strength , and fitness level can benefit from doing yoga. If your goal is to lose weight, yoga can be an amazing tool to do so. If your goal is to become stronger, again Yoga can be your answer. The benefits of Yoga go much deeper than body transformations though, the connection between mind and body is incredibly important in yoga. This concept can improve your life in ways you never found imaginable. No matter what your level, there is always a flow that can work for you. The classes afford will be a Hatha flow and a Vinyassa flow. Typically Hatha Yoga is much slower and gives the room to really focus on the breathing. It can be extremely relaxing, yet challenging to any practitioner. Vinyassa Flow is faster paced and often described as a dance. With every movement, there is an inhale and an exhale. Both will be challenging, invigorating, and hopefully very fun. The ultimate goal is to improve our health, our body, our mind, to play, let go, and change our lives.
1 person - $50 per 1 hour session (Applicable sales tax will added to price based on training location.)
2 people - sharing $70 per 1 hour session ($35/person)
3-4 people - sharing $25/person per 1 hour session
