You and your Personal Trainer will work together to develop a training schedule and program that puts your individual goals and needs first. Your Personal Trainer will help you determine the best program pace and specific program exercises that will help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals for your wedding day!
At all times your Personal Trainer will support you and answer any questions via email or other communication method you and your Trainer feel is the right fit. The Trainer's main objective is to provide you with the professional personal training experience you expect, while keeping workouts interesting and challenging.
