I love to run (especially trails!) and go on hikes. I am also a functional fitness enthusiast and enjoy sweating it out on bodyweight circuits. Join me for some fun and motivating workouts!




Q & A With Erica

Why do you enjoy being a personal trainer?

It is so awesome and encouraging to see results and crush some goals!


What is your favorite vacation spot?

Port Townsend, WA. A relaxing and cute small town to get away close to home that is also located on the Olympic Peninsula where there are some awesome trails and natural scenery!


What is your favorite movie and why?

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. When it was made, no one expected it to be as good as it was. It accidentally revolutionized modern popular culture and the movie industry! 

What is the most important thing to you?

My faith in Jesus. 

What is your favorite sport and why?

Ultimate Frisbee! Pick-up games are such a nice time to get together with friends and have so much fun running back and forth throwing disc. Extra points if playing in a muddy field in the rain!


What drives you to be the best at what you do?

I wouldn't be here without the motivators and cheerleaders in my life, so I'm paying it forward by being the best I can in what I do!


What inspires you?

Seeing people overcome challenges and giving of themselves unconditionally to help others. 


If you could do anything, bucket list number one, what would that be?

I want to do an Ironman!

What is the importance of physical fitness in your life?

Of utmost importance! Physical fitness gives me the capacity to be the best wife, daughter, sister, friend, and trainer I can be!


What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?

Hard to choose...It's gotta be between running a half marathon and scoring 6 points in an Ultimate Frisbee game in the pouring rain. Both were painful and challenging but so cool to reminisce about what was overcome to accomplish!
