​I'm a self starting motivator that has a natural knack for positively encouraging others. I try to find the silver lining in every situation in order to remain positive no matter what life throws my way.

Why do you enjoy training (personal and/or performance)

2.  Favorite vacation spot- anywhere warm with a beach

3.  Favorite movie and why Super Troopers, it's never not funny

4.  Most important thing to you family and work life balance 

5.  Favorite sport and why basketball. Prob bc it's the one sport that makes sense to me. I can actually follow along and get excited 


6.  What drives you to be the best at what you do.  My kids. I cant ever quit. I have to lead by example, make them.proud and ensure they're well being and happiness 

7.  What inspires you? Individuals that have had everything thrown at them, health, depression, death of loved ones, etc. and they still wake up every morning with a smile and determination and choose to make each and every day great and live their best lives. 

8.  If you could do anything, bucket list number one, what would that be. TRAVEL. Hands down. I want to experience the world and all its beauty. I love photography and would love to travel and capture amazing places around the world. 

9.  Importance of physical fitness in your life. Keeps me mentally balanced. I always feel my best inside and out after a good workout. 

10. Greatest accomplishment. Overcoming a 3 year depression.
