Healthy Habits - Have a known goal

Have a Known Goal
When you set a goal, it should move you toward something you want, rather than away from something you don’t want. 

Energy flows where attention goes so put your attention on what you want instead of what you don’t.  Be very specific! You will be better able to hold yourself accountable by making specific goals to reach.


Make sure these clear goals are reasonable.   You can always work your way up to the big goals after you’ve had some initial success.   We all want to be successful and reach our goals, make small ones and keep adding new ones as you check them off your list.
