I am extremely passionate about fitness and helping people get what they want.  I am very easy going and even easier to get along with!

I enjoy being a client’s best friend first and personal trainer second. I work very hard to make each session, not only challenging but enjoyable as well!

I enjoy training for the simple fact of the challenge! Achieving a personal record for myself or helping a client reach a goal is a highly rewarding experience!
 
I am driven to be the best by knowing that I am not the best! Always knowing that I could have done better, been faster, or lifted heavier drives me to do that much better the next time.

Any sport that takes a whole team of individuals to be great at is one that I enjoy watching. Football is my all time favorite however. Seeing a group of individual talent come together to do amazing things is awesome to witness. GO HAWKS!
 
Physical fitness is important to me because I want to be a good influence for my children. I want them to see and think that it is just a normal activity that people do in their day to day lives.  I also want to be there for my grandchildren as well!
 
Family and community are two of the things that are most important to me and keep me focused on my goals both personally and professionally.
