Meet Libby! | For U Fitness

Hello! My name is Libby and I'm excited to be a For U Fitness trainer. I am passionate about health and fitness and love helping others reach their full potential. I believe fitness should be challenging while also being fun. 


Q & A With Libby

Why do you enjoy training?

I enjoy helping people meet their goals and exceed their own expectations. Training has so many benefits in addition to health benefits, such as confidence, increased quality of life, and fun. I also enjoy the relationships that are formed through training.

What is your favorite vacation spot?
             
I love to travel, but Hunt, Texas will always be my favorite vacation spot.

What is your favorite movie and why?

I don’t have one favorite movie, but a few of my favorites are The Sound of Music, The Philadelphia Story, and Secondhand Lions.

What is the most important thing to you?

Faith, family, and friends.

What is your favorite sport?

I’ve never really participated in any sports, but I do love to watch gymnastics, figure skating, and swimming.

What drives you to be the best at what you do?

I aim to be the best version of myself that I can be as opposed to “the best”, but I love what I do and I love working hard.

What inspires you?

Other people inspire me. My family and friends, along with people I don’t know, such as athletes, artists, and ordinary people who overcome adversity.

What is the importance of physical fitness in your life?

Physical activity makes me a much happier, less stressed person. I love the challenge of pushing past my perceived limits. It is, of course, important to me to be physically healthy, but fitness especially helps me mentally.
