Hello!  My name is Paññā.  I consider myself to be a Student of Life.  I have a deep passion to learn from everything,  I am an observer of life, the love of life stemming from my roots.  I love all life shares with us, from the beauty of a city skyline to the wonderful designs found in nature.


I strive for continuous self-improvement, to become a better me each passing day and to cultivate mindfulness, and a better version of myself – I am excited to assist you not only with your health and fitness goals but to apply what I have learned in a way that will enhance the overall experience and your daily life.

Why do You Enjoy Personal Training?

I enjoy training because it can help transform a person's life and that in and of itself is rewarding.  I can make a difference by teaching others how to see from a new perspective and enjoy living healthy life.

What is Your Favorite Vacation Spot?

Anywhere here on Earth ;-)

What is the Most Important Thing to You?

I believe that more than transforming your body, it's about sharpening your mind.

Favorite Sport and Why?

Bodybuilding or body sculpting and practicing Mhuy Thai.  The mind and body connection is especially important to gain momentum, fluidity, and flexibility.  

What drives You to be the Best at What You Do?

Its a lifestyle!  Challenging myself to move progressively forward.  As I learn more about myself I can apply the skills that I have learned to my own life and pass them down to the next generation or who ever is interested in starting the journey.

What Inspires You?

My boys inspire me, and those that were here before me.

What is the Importance of Physical Fitness in Your Life?

Physical fitness helps to prolong your life, and live it to the fullest. It increases your capacity for living  positively and with happiness expanding by leaps and bounds.

What do You Consider to be Your Greatest Accomplishment?

I have yet to accomplish it, however so far I'm loving life, my family, and friends.  I continue to acquire knowledge and experiences, forever learning how to utilize my skills and keep achieving my goals.  I believe this a process, I am working towards something everyday. My best is yet to come!
