Burning or cutting 3500 calories through diet and exercise equals a pound lost … it does take effort to cut and burn calories but it is simple science.

Weight loss is a process.   Results take time and commitment, but they are within your reach!

Can you imagine trying to burn 3500 calories every time you went to the gym?  Calorie burning and calorie deficits are a timely process, lucky for us they are like compounding interest and the more we save (burn) over time the higher the overall yield (weight loss).  Burning calories is NOT easy work but if you stay consistent they will add up!  Add up into pounds lost!
