Say Hello To Nicole! | For U Fitness

My name is Nicole and I live in Austin. I first started playfully working out to my Mom’s  80’s fitness videos when I was around five years old and unbeknownst to me sparked a love for fitness that would help shape my future.

Throughout my life I played every sport imaginable and when I graduated high school I was offered a basketball scholarship to a nearby Junior College. During my years of playing high school and college sports I learned so much and made many meaningful  connections and friendships along the way.

Now I have the opportunity to connect with so many different people on a daily basis.  I strive to give my clients a great workout every time we meet.

I love to teach and help others achieve whatever fitness goals they may have.  During our time together we will incorporate balance, strength, flexibility and stretching. You will leave feeling strong, challenged and excited for our next session!

Why do you enjoy training?

I love that I get to connect with so many people everyday. I strive to make my clients feel better, meet their fitness goals and enhance their quality of life. 

What is your favorite vacation spot?

The beach! 

What/Who is most important to you?

My animals and family!

What is the importance of physical fitness in your life?

Working out makes me feel better and allows me to indulge every now and then. Everything in moderation!
