Hello, my name is Arica. Growing up I was an active child that participated in as many sports as my parents would allow. After my completion of high school I realized soccer was my true passion. I started my soccer career at Tacoma Community College where I also received my AA degree. Continuing my education, I was accepted into the University of Washington but had many troubles on choosing a major. Still having the desire to play soccer at a competitive level, I transferred to Central Washington University where I completed a Bachelors degree in Recreational Management. I went onto the next level of soccer when I became a part of the Seattle Women Sounders. I know what it takes to be at the top level and how to get there starting from the very bottom. I decided to carry on my education by enrolling in Pierce Community College Personal Training Program to gain more assets in becoming a personal trainer. Through their program I was able to become an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. Interval training is a great way to ramp up your workouts!
